Phzse is published by Phzse Studio, a trading name of KITFUNSO LTD, registered in England & Wales. We believe your health data belongs to you. This policy explains how we handle your information with respect and transparency.
Your data is stored on your device by default. Creating an account does not enable cloud sync. You explicitly choose when to sync.
When you sync to the cloud, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Export, transfer, or delete your data anytime from Settings. Cloud sync is always off by default - you turn it on when you're ready.
Account info: Email address (if you create an account), plus the name and profile photo link Google shares if you sign in with Google
Cycle data: Period dates, symptoms, notes you enter
Workout logs: Exercises, sets, reps and weight you enter
Feedback: Notes you send us from the app, with your app version and device type. Deleting your account deletes them.
Preferences: App settings, notification preferences
Purchase info: Subscription and transaction records (processed by Stripe, or by Apple on iOS)
Supabase: Secure cloud database (only used when you enable cloud sync in Settings)
Stripe: Payment processing for Premium subscriptions on the web
Apple & RevenueCat: Payment processing and subscription status for Premium on iOS
Sentry: Crash and error reporting (technical error data only, never your cycle data)
Google & Apple sign-in: If you choose to sign in with them, they confirm who you are and give us your email address. With Apple's Hide My Email we only see a private address that Apple forwards.
We do not use advertising or tracking services.
