Terms of Service

Phzse is a cycle tracking and wellness app. You may use it to track your menstrual cycle, log symptoms, and receive personalized insights.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app

Guest mode:Your data stays on your device. We don't have access to it. If you clear your browser data, it's gone.

Account mode: Your data syncs to the cloud. You can access it across devices and it persists if you clear browser data.

Phzse Premium is a subscription, available as a yearly or monthly plan. It unlocks all premium features, including phase-specific workout guidance, relationship insights, and nutrition guidance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. On the web, billing and cancellation are handled by Stripe. On iOS, they are handled through your Apple ID subscription settings.

We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund policy.

Phzse is not a medical device. The information provided is for general wellness purposes only.

You understand that:

• Cycle predictions are estimates based on your data
• The app is not a contraceptive and must not be relied on to prevent pregnancy
• Ovulation and fertility estimates are informational only, not medical guidance
• You should consult a doctor for any health concerns
• We are not liable for decisions made based on app information

The Phzse app, including its design, content, and code, is owned by KITFUNSO LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KITFUNSO LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
